Bali Villa Rental
The comparison between renting a hotel room verses a Bali Villa Rental is that with a private villa you get more space, total privacy, wonderful smiling staff who will cook & clean for you. You can have a car & a driver. You can have massages & spa treatments in-house. Which ever way you look at it, it’s all good!. There really is a plethora of villas now to pick & choose from on Bali, an over supply would not be overstating the market place as I write. Occupancy is down, & the offers & discounts are on the up & up for the Bali Villa Rental. Just as there is a price war going on between the hotels, many villa owners & villa management companies are offering very attractive discounts too. Even the best branded villa complexes on the island that have long enjoyed high occupancy are taking a hit because of the competition for the Bali Villa Rental.
Bali Real Estate
Believe it or not but Bali Real Estate even changes hands at major cock fights on this magical island amongst the most die hard of gamblers. Really! When we began inTouch Realty back in November 1989 we were of the belief that Bali Real Estate would become both very desirable & expensive in the short term, which it has. Majorca, Ibiza & Hawaii were prime examples. But, just as cities expand into what was once the hinterland, it is no different on Bali. Just get yourself a little bit out of town, ie. Tabanan is where we have been investing for the last ten years, & we ready to show you some great blocks of land that are only an hour’s drive from ‘Seminyak’.
Bali Property
Bali property prices have surged recently to the point that in many areas the prices despite being what “they are” (& have been accepted by the domestic market buyers from the big cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya etc) are no longer affordable if you compare them with prices in Australia. Singapore, has also experienced very strong growth of late in the property sector. But there are areas such as Tabanan for example where the Bali property prices are still relatively cheap & represent a great investment, where there is a lot of room for quick capital gains to be realized in the next few years.
Bali Land Sale
I fondly remember twenty plus years ago with respect to Bali Land Sale when you could buy a very nice bit ‘o dirt in ‘Kerobokan’ or ‘Canggu’ for Rp. 4,000,000 to Rp.5,000,000 per Are. Ah, those were the days! Now, in the same areas the asking prices start at Rp.400,000,000 to Rp.500,000,000 per Are, and recently a very small plot of land on Jalan Petitenget in Kerobokan sold for Rp.3,000,000,000 / Are! And, the buyers who are paying these prices are Indonesian. As such, the price of a bit of paradise in the built up tourist areas is now beyond the reach of the average person – but there are still many parts of Bali where the Bali Land Sale prices are very much affordable, & only an hours drive from the hustle & bustle of the tourist areas. Come on an orientation tour in Tabanan, & you will be pleasantly surprised!
Bali Villa Sale
Over the last six months the market has been somewhat quieter than we have been used to, with fewer sales – and those properties that have sold, are selling etc have been & are correctly priced in the Bali Villa Sale market place. And, the respective Vendors & Lessors in the majority of cases have been selling up with a view to moving abroad, & have accepted very fair price points. It has also been the older, well established Bali Villa Sale properties that have sold for fair & realistic prices, as opposed to the ‘new builds’ where the asking prices reflect the increased costs of building materials of the last few years.
