The Puncak Villas are located adjacent to Garuda Wisnu Kencana, The Tallest Statue in The world. it takes about 5 minutes by car to Jimbaran or Nusa Dua, 15 minutes to the airport, and 20 to 30 minutes to Kuta or Sanur. The location on the "Bukit" (hill) on the Southern peninsula usually guarantees sunny days even when it's raining in most parts of Bali.

The Villa
The villa features a traditional Modern contemporary style combined with Balinese traditional, Breakfast Bar, and large Living rooms to take full advantage of the spectacular view. There are three guest bedrooms with own bathrooms, a comfortable living and dining room with a modern open-plan kitchen & a large swimming pool, Bedrooms and living areas are furnished and well decorated.

The open-plan living/dining room is furnished with a dining table. Comfortable sofas give a homely atmosphere. a Large folding doors opening to the terrace and pool guarantee permanent ventilation.

Bedrooms
Features 3 bedrooms, the upstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the bathroom completed with bathtub. The other 2 downstairs bedrooms have own bath's with shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master bedroom enjoy a great view over the Jimbaran bay and the airport.

In the living room you'll find 29" TV set connected to a satellite system to receive many international news programs as well as sports and various movie channels, and there is a VCD stereo system, Play Station 2, and There is a radio telephone but no fax.
