The location of “Villa Cambodia” is in the Berawa area of Canggu, a peaceful village in the southern tip of Bali within a 10 minute walk of the nearest beach and the “Canggu Club”.
The residence is also only 15 minutes drive away from the fashionable district of Seminyak with its stylish restaurants, bars and boutiques. The residence is approximately 30 minutes drive from the airport.

"Villa Cambodia" is situated within fifteen minutes drive of the fashionable Seminyak district with its stylish restaurants, bars and boutiques. Enter this five bedroom residence over stone steps above a lily pond to the reception area, which opens onto the residence's private swimming pool.
This villa combines contemporary design with classical Balinese and Javanese interiors. The owners aimed to create a ‘home away from home’ and this is reflected in the comfortable furniture and surrounding Asian artifacts. Perfect for both friends and family, this five bedroom residence includes a private pool and jacuzzi.
The master bedroom suite is situated on the upper tier of the main pavilion and features a grand four poster Javanese teakwood king size bed adorned with a golden cover and drapes. There is an overhead fan and air conditioning in the room. This bedroom also has flat screen TV with DVD and opens out onto an open air terrace with distant sea views. The ensuite bathroom has two washbasins set in a terrazzo vanity unit.
The second bedroom is also situated in the upper tier of the main pavilion. A hand carved Javanese teakwood bed has both a daybed mattress plus a spring mattress for use as a sleeping bed, and provides a perfect sleeping area for a single guest or children. The room also has overhead fan and air conditioning for extra comfort. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath and shower, double wash hand basins and toilet. The bedroom is equipped with multi channel TV and a DVD player so as an alternative to a bedroom can be used as a very pleasant TV room. The room opens out to the upper tier living area and terrace.
The third and fourth bedrooms are directly opposite in the Guest Wing, with views directly over the pool. Both rooms feature a Javanese teakwood king size bed with overhead fans and air conditioning, plus DVD facilities. Both bedrooms have semi-open air en-suite bathrooms which each have a large shower area, toilet and terrazzo wash basins.

Pool & Jacuzzi
The 12m x 5m swimming pool forms the centerpiece of this residence. Four large sun loungers sit pool-side and a traditional relaxation pavilion is to the left of the pool for those who want to escape from the sun.
A luxurious addition to this residence is a private (2,5 m2) jacuzzi sits amidst tropical greenery in an open roofed enclave, directly off the Master suite.
