The Master suite has a generous en-suite bathroom, with a separate bath & shower, whilst the second & third bedrooms share the second bathroom (with full bath) - and which can be accessed from the living & dining areas.
Living & dining areas are open-plan & fan cooled. The living room is complimented with a flat screen TV (with satellite reception), stereo & DVD player. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove / oven, microwave oven & a decent sized fridge. And, the kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware & cooking utensils. The third bedroom has a work station & there is Wi-Fi throughout.
Staff consist of a day maid, a manager, a lad who takes care of the pool & garden & a night security guard. There is a communal parking area, shared with the adjacent villa - space of two cars & motorbikes.
Laundering of towels & sheets is provided by the villa's owner, and guest's personal laundry will be sent out & shall be for the guest's account.
